Why 'Replacement Thinking' Holds Us Back

When we frame AI as a threat, we get reactive. Defensive. Stuck.

We resist the tools.

In each case, AI acts as a co-pilot.

Not a replacement. A force multiplier.

The New Skillset: Leading With AI

To thrive in this new world of work, we need to develop a new kind of fluency.

This doesn’t mean everyone needs to become a prompt wizard or build language models.

But it does mean you’ll need to:

The future isn’t AI vs. humans.

It’s humans + AI, creating a better way to work—for everyone.
